We can’t wait to welcome you back to the studio for group classes and workshops from May 17th! We have some exciting new classes, including:
- Guided meditation class every weekday morning from 7:15 – 7:45 am
- New Reformer Pilates timetable with classes most days
- 45-minute lunchtime power workouts if you’re short on time
- More 75 and 90-minute classes
- Pregnancy and post-natal classes
