We have a whole range of classes, courses and therapies for you while you are pregnant, and for you and your baby after your birth, helping to ease discomforts and manage your physical and mental health.
We recommend pregnancy classes after your 12-week scan and postnatal classes 4-weeks after birth and 6-weeks after c-section, with the all clear from your doctor in all cases. If in doubt, you can always book a private session with one of our specialist teachers prior to attending group classes, which you can bring your baby along to.
We currently offer the following classes:
Pregnancy Yoga: Thursdays 6:45pm – 7:45pm and Sundays, 09:450am – 11:00am
Pregnancy Pilates: Wednesdays 6:15pm – 7:15pm and Saturdays 11am – 12pm
Post Natal Yoga: Fridays 11:00am – 12:00pm
Post Natal Pilates: Mondays 10:15am – 11:15am and Wednesdays 10:30am – 11:30am
Post Natal Reformer Pilates: Thursdays 8:00pm – 9:00pm
If you wish to take part in any other class while pregnant or postnatal please contact us for guidance, as only a small selection of classes is suitable and require pre-approval to join.
