Recovering from injury? Wishing to work on something specific? New to yoga or pilates? Private sessions with a teacher of your choice are hugely beneficial to help you grow a tailored practice for your body and needs.
During lockdown we offer online privates for individuals and groups tailored to your needs and preferences – either a 1:1 or small groups up to 4 people.
If you’re looking to practice with a friend, we are happy to arrange private group classes for more than four people. Please contact us with more information about your group size and needs so we can talk through pricing options with you.
Our standard private session time is 60 minutes long, longer sessions are priced and considered on request.
