17 Feb INTENTION OF THE MONTH – FEBRUARY
And just like that it’s almost spring. It feels like time is accelerating, moving so fast. Like one season merges into another, one day chases the next.
So I am here to remind you to pause, breathe and reflect. In the teaching this reflection means being with the whole of your experience, with what actually is, not our idea, or expectation or projection of it. And if you have ever tried to extricate truth from projection you’ll know it’s not so easy… Just realising that you are seeing your story about what’s going on, tainted by self image (be it positive or negative), or seeking to blame or be praised, is such a worthwhile step. It can only happen when we stop for a moment and breathe and reflect.
The invitation is also to allow any action that may arise to flow from an intention to benefit all people beginning with yourself. Just invoking this intention is such a powerful step.
And if the actions that you’d like to take remain hazy, you can ask, what will you have say today? What will you have me do? So that you access the shakti, that is the power of pure potential before you have a thought about it. Before any projections take over.
