31 Jul Health and safety procedures
It has been rewarding hearing such positive feedback from studio students this week, who feel safe and comfortable returning to the studio with our new procedures in place. Remember to read our health and safety policy before attending studio classes.
The safety and comfort of our students and teachers in our leafy oasis matters most to us, so please do not attend studio classes if you feel unwell. All studio classes are live streamed so there is no reason to visit the studio if you do not feel 100%.
Please read these reminders if you are returning to studio classes:
MATS: You need to bring your own mat, and if you forget we have a small selection available to hire for a £2 cleaning fee or to buy for £20.
EQUIPMENT: Blocks/belts/bands/bricks are free for all classes. Bolsters/blankets are included in yin, nidra and restorative classes only. We sanitise all equipment after every use (you will see used equipment stations to leave your props after class) in addition to ongoing prop rotation.
BOOKING: Pre booking is essential, and there are late cancellation and no show penalties in place. Remember to come early (at least five minutes) to allow time to sign in and get settled.
CAPACITY: Classes are at half capacity, there are floor markers to ensure mats are positioned at a safe distance and there is a one way flow through the studio with many sanitiser stations.
MASKS: Masks are not essential, but you are welcome to wear one if that is your personal preference.
