Did you know we offer a wide range of yoga styles?
With over 20 wonderful and experienced teachers, try a variety to discover your favourites – all bring their own approach!
OUR YOGA STYLES:
- If you like a dynamic practice try Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
- Prefer a slower pace or new to yoga? Like to work through postures with a focus on precision and alignment? Try Iyengar Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and Flow & Restore Yoga.
- Needing rest and relaxation? Explore our restorative styles including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yoga & Meditation and Early Morning Meditation.
- We also have weekly Pregnancy Yoga and Post Natal Yoga classes for all the soon-to-be and new mums!
Yogahome classes are graded ‘all levels’ (open to all), ‘level 1’ (great for beginners) or ‘level 2’ (seasoned practitioners), and range from 30 to 90 minutes long!
There’s over 100 classes weekly and most classes are live-streamed so you can join in-person at the studio or online – sign up via our timetable!
