NEW YOGA, MEDITATION AND PILATES CLASSES!

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the studio for group classes and workshops from May 17th! We have some exciting new classes, including:

  • Guided meditation class every weekday morning from 7:15 – 7:45 am
  • New Reformer Pilates timetable with classes most days
  • 45-minute lunchtime power workouts if you’re short on time
  • More 75 and 90-minute classes 
  • Pregnancy and post-natal classes
