What Is Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath® is a therapeutic modality founded by Dr. Judith Kravitz that combines conscious connected breathing, sound, movement, and acupressure techniques to facilitate deep healing across the physical, emotional, and energetic systems.

Unlike simple breath awareness techniques, this method specifically targets dysfunctional breathing patterns — often linked to stress, trauma, or chronic emotional holding — and works to restore full diaphragmatic breathing, improving oxygenation, vagal tone, and overall resilience.
