Dynamic & Energy Boosting Classes
If you’re looking to move, breathe and sweat, these classes are for you. Active and sometimes challenging, these classes include:
Ashtanga Yoga – A vigorous practice, moving from pose to pose at a sustained pace.
Natural Movement – Expect an hour of non-stop movement, inclusive of partner games, creative tasks and plenty of crawling.
Power Pilates – Work up a sweat while performing traditional Pilates exercises at a sustained pace.
Reset – Fusing contemporary dance elements with disco and somatic work, this class offers an immersive and joyful exploration of movement.
Vinyasa Flow yoga – Flow through a creative sequence of postures, synchronising breath and movement.
Slower Pace & Precision
If you are looking for a slower pace, precision of alignment and attention to detail, check out one of the classes below.
Flow & Restore – Start with a dynamic flow, followed by series of relaxing poses, and ending with a deep, guided relaxation.
Iyengar Yoga – A precise and technical style focused on the structural alignment of the body.
Mat Pilates – Using small focused movements, core awareness is increased improving strength, flexibility and posture.
QiGong – a system of gentle exercises that work as the ‘physical therapy’ of Chinese medicine.
Slow Flow – For anyone seeking attention to detail or in need of a gentler pace while still moving through creative sequences of poses.
TaiChi – A slow, soft and flowing practice that is a great way to cultivate both physical fitness and calm focus.
Relaxing & Meditative Classes
These classes are perfect if you are looking to relax, restore, switch off, reduce stress and so much more. Styles include:
Restorative Yoga – Using props to fully support the body in restful poses so that body and mind are progressively trained to let go.
Yin Yoga – A quiet practice involving prolonged stretching to open into the thicker layers of connective tissue around the joints.
Yoga Nidra – A guided full-body relaxation inducing a deep meditative state.

Strength & Cardio Focused Classes
Looking to work up a sweat and build some strength? The following classes are for you!
Boxfit – A cardio workout based on the training used for boxing, focusing on toning and fitness.
Conditioning Flow – A blend of conditioning and weight training designed to tone your muscles, improve your balance and core strength and work body in one continuous flow.
Kickboxing – A full body workout that will get the blood flowing and heart pumping.
Strength & Cardio – The class is a mixture of strength, cardio, high intensity and plenty of energy.
Equipment-Based Classes
Make use of our high end equipment to open up new possibilities for building strength, muscle, body awareness and perfecting your posture and alignment.
Reformer Pilates – Add resistance to your Pilates practice with the use of the Reformer. Work on building balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone.
Personal Training – Expect to make use of the equipment our gym has to offer to combine bodyweight, resistance & weight training for the ultimate workout
These classes are small – only one teacher to four or five clients, ensuring a high level of attention and teaching at all times.
Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond
We have a whole range of classes, courses and therapies for you while you are pregnant, and for you and your baby after your birth, helping to ease discomforts and manage your physical and mental health.
Pregnancy Yoga – Ease the discomforts of pregnancy and prepare yourself physically and mentally for labour and birth.
Pregnancy Pilates – A class that will help you manage the physical and physiological changes of pregnancy and prepare for life with a little one.
Postnatal Yoga – This class supports new mothers recovering from birth and reconnecting with their bodies, while bonding with their baby.
Postnatal Pilates – This class focuses on core strength, the abdominal area and pelvic floor, to draw your body back together and improve posture.
Baby Massage – Learn how to communicate with your baby through nurturing touch, whilst developing your secure attachment and strengthening your bond.

We have three treatment rooms at Yogahome where we offer a range of holistic treatments to support you on your healing journey.
They include acupuncture, aromatherapy, ayurvedic, deep tissue and sport massages; we also offer rejuvenating treatments such as lymphatic drainage, reflexology, myofascial release and shiatsu.
Treatments are individually designed to suit your needs and prices start from just £75. If you are a member, you are eligible for either a 10% or 12% discount too!
