PT Schedule Updates + New PT

We made some changes to our Small Group Personal Training timetable!

From next week, Elena will be teaching a Full Body class on Mondays, 8:30am, while Iain will be taking over the Full Body class on Thursdays at 8:30 am.

We are also delighted to be welcoming Julie Massiah to our team! Julie will be teaching two Full Body classes on Wednesdays at 12:30pm and Thursdays at 6pm. Read more info about Julie’s expertise below and come try out a class!

Julie is a qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and is also pre and post natal trained. She helps people to achieve their goals, building on their fitness, strength and confidence through safe movement and exercise, which will ultimately benefit them both inside and outside of the gym environment.

Julie commits her time to her clients and believes it’s important to make sessions fun, educational and encouraging, which increases trust and motivates them to work hard to achieve the best results. Whether you are a seasoned gym goer or new to a certain type of training, Julie will make sure you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and will help you to ‘master’ the basics in order to progress on over time.

She takes an empathetic approach to training her clients who may have injuries or conditions which may affect a certain way of training and she will always prescribe suitable adaptations.
