Our Sauna Is Coming

We are excited to share some important updates about our next expansion!

We are about to commence building work in the space in front of Studio 1, to accommodate a brand new sauna and plunge pool area. Please bear with us while we work on this project! 

Starting from next week, our changing facilities will be out of action. You are welcome to use the bathrooms to get changed if you are coming straight from, or heading to, work.

As with all building work, you can also expect some noise. Please note that all classes taking place in Studio 1 may be disrupted.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are incredibly excited about these enhancements and can’t wait for you to enjoy the new facilities!
