This month we are introducing a series of new classes to the schedule, all starting next week or the following one.
Our PT schedule has been regularly fully booked, so you’ll be pleased to know that we are adding four new sessions, as well as two brand new Calisthenics classes.
We are also scheduling a weekly slow flow and yin yoga class, both perfect for creating length and releasing tension in the body.
We are also welcoming Natasha to our team of instructors. Natasha will be leading a new weekly Pilates class and we are very excited for her to share her expertise of this discipline.
Finally, mamas to be may be pleased to know that we are introducing a pregnancy yoga class with Ann on Saturdays. The class will starting April and will be covered by Reagan until Ann returns from her travels in May.
