We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic small team at Yogahome. We are currently hiring a Part-Time Marketing and Social Media Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary. We are looking for someone to work with us about 16 hours per week, ideally spread over 2 days, but we can be flexible.
The candidate will be PAYE and due to the flexible hours, the holiday pay (standard 28 days pro rata) will be added to the monthly pay.
On top of the salary, we are also offering a series of benefits including a staff membership and discounts off therapies, workshops and events.
This is the first time we have hired for a role like this so the job description is fairly open ended. We are looking for someone to initiate and lead long term marketing projects and to manage our social media outlets. We need someone with lots of ideas and initiative, but also with the drive and ability to execute.
The right applicant will be hardworking, highly organised, able to juggle a broad work load and comfortable with taking on responsibility. A background or proven experience in marketing is a must.
RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing Yogahome’s marketing strategy
- Copywriting and content curation for social media, newsletter and news section on the website
- Coordinating social media messaging with advertising departments, and seasonal company goals
- analysing social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Analysing social media campaigns and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement
- Developing and managing paid & organic social media
- Managing and growing listings
- Assisting in the production of events
- Running monthly reports
