We are thrilled to be running two very special weekly pop up classes from the end of this month until December 31, 2024.
Movement teacher Anna Sakellariou will be bringing her expertise to Yogahome to teach a brand new Floor Barre session on Thursdays, 6:15pm – 7:15pm.
Francesco Mazzettiwill run a 60 minute session focusing on Flexibility to improve your overall mobility every Tuesdays, 6:15pm – 7:15pm.

FLOOR BARRE WITH ANNA SAKELLARIOU

The class will start on Thursday, October 24 and will take place weekly until December 31, 2021.

The class will start on Tuesday, October 29 and will take place weekly until December 19, 2024.
A flexibility class to improve your overall mobility. We are strengthening and stretching the muscles around the hips, shoulders and spine to improve range of motion.
The class starts with a full body warm-up followed by a circuit set up where we work on specific skills such as splits, pancake, bridges and folds. Whether you’re a yoga practitioner, gym enthusiast or a runner this class will help you move with more freedom
