Join Zo Rahm and Rosie Polya for a 2-hour workshop blending intentional mobility with deeply restorative yoga practice.
We’ll begin with 75 minutes of slow, accessible mobility work designed to build strength and flexibility together, not separately. Expect simple, effective movements that develop control, awareness, and ease across a wide range of motion, without force or intensity.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what mobility really is, along with practical tools you can return to daily.
We’ll close with 45 minutes of supported restorative work, using props such as bricks, straps, bolsters, and chairs to guide the body into complete rest. Expect held, nourishing yoga poses paired with gentle breathing to encourage release, settle the nervous system, and allow the body to softly realign.

Did you know we take over 20,000 breaths a day? Yet most of us aren’t breathing well and are only using a third of our entire respiratory system!
When we’re not breathing to our full potential, we’re also not living to our full potential… since breath is quite literally life. Change the way you breathe, change the way you live!
Join Brenna of Arise Breathwork to embark on a deeply healing Transformational Breath® journey, where you’ll discover just how powerful your breath truly is in transforming the way you feel.
Transformational Breath® has vast benefits for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Some of the benefits you may experience:
What to expect:
We’ll begin with a short introduction, talk about the benefits and Brenna will demonstrate the technique so you feel fully prepared before starting the practice.
We’ll move our bodies to a vibey track helping us to open up our breath. You’ll then get cosy on the mat, set your intention and be guided through a simple yet profound breathwork journey which will include hands on acupressure, sound, movement and positive affirmations.
Sink further into the mat for 15 mins relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session.
We will close with an (optional) opportunity to connect with fellow participants and share your experience.
No previous breathwork experience required.
Transformational Breath® is an accredited breathwork school and an award winning therapy – it was awarded best complementary therapy in 2014 by The Institute of Complementary and Natural Medicine.

A workshop and an invitation to return to yourself as energy beyond the mind and into direct experience. Feel yourself not as energy in motion. Not as an idea but as something to feel, inhabit and move with.
Free the Chi is a guided journey into the living intelligence of your body. Through integrated Kundalini yoga, breathwork and meditation we begin to soften the grip of the thinking mind and open into a deeper, subtler way of knowing. A knowing that lives beyond the brain. A knowing that remembers the body as a field of sensation, vibration and flow.
Through embodied practices we will explore Chi as a lived reality. The pulse of life moving through the body. The intelligence that exists beyond thought. This is a practice of cultivating a heightened sense of self as energy. Of meeting yourself as a living, breathing current of consciousness. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to become. There is only remembering.
Activating the life force that already lives within you we dance within the quantum field of pure potential. Leaving you feeling alive, whole and subtly rebooted. Empowering not because something has been added, but because something essential has been uncovered.Leading to find our own way back into our innate power.

Join Sara for a mandala vinyasa workshop to celebrate the Summer Solstice
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year – a moment when the sun reaches its peak and the world is bathed in light. It’s a time of fullness and vitality, when nature is expansive and alive. Across many traditions, the solstice has long been honoured as a celebration of life, connection, and the radiant power of the sun.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the most yang time of year, and is governed by the Fire element. Fire represents joy, love, creativity and authentic expression – the warmth that allows us to connect deeply with ourselves and others. It invites us to live with openness and to share what is true in our hearts.
In this immersive 2 hour workshop, we’ll explore the energetics of summer through guided meditation, breathwork, creative mandala vinyasa and nourishing yin. Our practice will tune into the heart and small intestine meridian pathways – the energetic channels of the Fire element – helping to cultivate joy, openness and emotional balance.
Together we’ll honour the fullness of the season, the magic of the solstice, and reconnect to the warmth and radiance within.

Feeling stuck? In your body, your movements, your practice?
Join Jayne in a two-hour workshop to help you move with more fluidity and ease focused on the hips and back.
The hips don’t lie – tension, tightness and weaknesses in the hip area affects the whole spine and can leave you feeling stuck in your practice. Beginning with a range of myofascial release techniques to soften sticky areas and make space for growth, invite the body and nervous system to let go of deeply held tension and reconnect with your own natural rhythm. Rock, roll, slide and glide the body out of its habitual ways of holding itself, before a flowing yet stabilising yoga practice focused on the hips and lower spine to help you move with more fluidity and ease. Preparing the body (and mind) allows you to deepen your experience and enjoyment of your practice, perhaps finding your way more ease-fully into some ‘elusive’ asana.
*The fascia-releasing movements are based on SATYA (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga) created by Tias Little, with whom Jayne has studied for many years.
*Open to all students of yoga, Pilates and other styles of movement, but not suitable for pregnant students or post-natal (before 12 weeks).
*Please wear warm and comfortable clothes, ideally with no zips and fastenings that could dig in!

Come and sip on the ceremonial cacao, to tap into deep heart qualities that will lighten the soul to bring you clarity and inspiration.
We will tap into the energy of Spring which is about clearing and cleansing and holds the potent energy for new growth, abundance and creativity. This is an opportune time to get rid of old ways, to shed patterns and habits that may be holding you back from focussing and setting some new goals.
If you have been thinking of initiating a new path or creating something new for yourself, come and immerse yourself in the energy of creativity and inspiration.
You will be guided through cacao ceremony, breath work, meditation, reflection and sound journey and encouraged to release your wishes and intentions into the sound waves. As you bathe in the transcendent ethereal tones of the Crystal and Himalayan Singing bowls and ride the earthy tones of the Gong, you can rest deeply and emerge with clarity on all levels of being.
We will begin with some combined fascial release and breath work to clear and purify emotional energy channels and engage in a purging ritual. This helps to clear up any mental or emotional blocks that might stand in your way of letting creativity flow. As we prepare to engage in ceremony with mama Cacao, we will give thanks, and express gratitude for all that is good in our lives.
Cacao helps us to connect to the heart space – the truth-sayer. When we listen to our heart-felt messages and connect to our intuition, it can guide us into making decisions and taking actions that align with our true being. By raising our spirits, and increasing our vibrational frequencies, we invite lightness of being into our lives so our hopes and dreams cam be realized.
We are then open to receiving intuitive messages that guide us to creating greater health, harmony and transformation.
What to expect:
The cacao used is Virgin Peruvian Criollo raw cacao paste, ethically sourced through a workers co-operative of small family farmers to chemical-free organic standards and the prepared elixir is suitable for Vegans.
This is a workshop that is suitable for all experiences. It is an opportunity to come together in community in a sacred space. Tea is served at the end to gently come back and ground.
Emerge feeling lighter, inspired and deeply relaxed.

Experience the meditative and healing wonders of sound with this special Gong bath in celebration of the Summer Solstice!
Come celebrate the Summer Solstice with Alessandra and allow the Gongs to work their magic and stoke your inner fire so that you can burn brighter and stronger for the forthcoming weeks of summer.
All you need do is turn up and lie down, and be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gong, a sacred instrument that has been used for thousands of years for the purpose of healing.
There is a science behind this experience. The gong’s sounds and vibrations create an alpha brainwave state, where mental activity includes daydreaming and imagination. This is then followed by a theta brainwave state, where activity includes sleep, dreaming and deep meditation.
Theta brainwave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you. Even though you still feel present, you have entered a dreamlike, deep meditative state. Theta is a good state of consciousness to be in for healing to occur.
Even though there is a science behind sound therapy, this special experience can also be explained by quoting Kabir’s Ecstatic Poems translated by Robert Bly:
‘…..near your breastbone there’s an open flower. Drink the honey that is all around that flower. Waves are coming in: there’s so much magnificence near the ocean! Listen: sound of big seashells! Sound of bells!’
Open to all. Tea served at the end.
We run a variety of antenatal workshops and events.

‘Active Birth’ is a celebration of the miraculous design and unfolding of the hormone-driven processes of pregnancy and birth. It promotes an understanding of the physiology of labour and involves harnessing the body’s innate ability to allow birth to happen calmly and safely.
‘Active Birth’ was a term coined in the 1980’s by world-renowned childbirth educator, Janet Balaskas, and has evolved into a philosophy and global movement that empowers people to choose how and where they give birth.
Eppie trained at the Active Birth Centre under Janet’s tutelage and is a certified Active Birth Teacher. Her workshops for pregnant people and their birth partners involve:

Yoga and Qigong weave together beautifully. Both can be flowing forms, helping us to tap into and use our energy, and yet instil a deep inner calmness. Yoga can often seem linear (e.g. Sun Salutations) with an emphasis on extension and strong asana, while Qigong movements are often softer, circular and rhythmic, with a big emphasis on grounding.
Qigong practices are closely linked to five elements and in turn these relate to seasons as well as organ systems within our bodies, to bring us into harmonious balance with ourselves and our environment. The five elements of Qigong do not correspond exactly with the five elements of yoga, but together they help us find our natural balanced state.
These six short practices embrace the rich backgrounds and traditions of both and introduce you to the five elements of Qigong. Close the series with a meditation and breathing practice focused on the middle and the lower dantian (energy points).
The videos can be practised together, individually, whenever as you please.

The practice of Metta Bhavana meditation (universal loving kindness) is the systematic cultivation of our capacity for loving kindness. This method helps us to feel more positive, accepting, kind, and patient toward ourselves, in order that we can be more compassionate and loving toward others. With practice, Metta flowers into compassion and equanimity.
The practice of Metta Bhavana has 5 stages, in which Metta is cultivated towards: ourselves, a good friend, a ‘neutral’ person, someone we find difficult and finally all beings. Explore each stage in depth through the first 5 videos, and then put together the elements explored into a complete practice.
This series is suitable to beginners and those with a more established practice alike.

The Chakra Energy System is an organised system that operates in the Pranamaya Kosha, or energy body, through which prana, the vital life-force, flows. This is where the health of our energetic, emotional, mental, psychological and spiritual being is integrated, expressed and reflected. When we feel vitalised and vibrant, our emotions are balanced, and energy levels feel abundant. When we are feeling stressed out, pushed to the limit, this is reflected in poor energy and health. Each energy centre is a sphere of information, with qualities and characteristics relating to health and wellbeing. Through meditation and reflection, we can tune in and tap into the inherent wisdom within and connect to their positive attributes.
Meditation is a wonderful way of getting to know and tune into the vibrational energy of the chakras. In this series, you will find a meditation on each individual chakra, that will guide you through their specific qualities and traits. There is also a complete chakra meditation to practice.
