Join Sara for a 2 hour mandala vinyasa workshop exploring the season of summer and the element of fire.
Summer bathes us in the physical and spiritual warmth of Fire. It’s the most Yang time of year – life reaches its peak of activity. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fire is the element of the heart and small intestine, and it governs joy, love, and our capacity to fully feel. When fire is balanced, we’re warm, expressive and connected to both ourselves and others.
This workshop offers a space to come home to the heart. Through meditation, breathwork, creative mandala vinyasa, yin yoga and insights from TCM, we’ll explore expansion from the inside out – cultivating joy, connection, and deep presence.

Join Sara for a mandala vinyasa workshop honouring the season of late summer and the element of Earth.
Late summer is a season of deep nourishment, reflection, and returning to centre. It marks the pause between the intensity of summer and the inward pull of autumn.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Earth element is linked to the stomach and spleen meridians, which govern digestion – both of food and of life experience. When Earth is in balance, we feel grounded, supported, and able to give and receive in equal measure.
Through a nourishing 2 hours of meditation, breathwork, mandala vinyasa, yin yoga and TCM insight, this workshop invites you to ground, draw energy back inward, and reconnect with that sense that everything we need is within.

RESET is a high-energy, somatic-driven dance practice. It mixes contemporary dance, body awareness, and the liberating pulse of sound. It rips up the rulebook and rewires the idea of what a dance class can be. Through grounding techniques that expand sensory perception, embrace fluidity and push movement boundaries, RESET helps you discover new ways to move.
Rather than leaving life’s chaos behind, RESET invites it in—embracing imperfections and shifts as part of the dance, moving with them, through them, beyond them. It is a practice to dance with all that you experience—moving through exhaustion, noise, joy, and tension —And just letting movement carry you.
RESET was developed by Galit Criden in response to movement feeling disconnected from real life. During that time, it no longer made sense to mold into someone else’s technique. So, new rules emerged: listen to the body, embrace what there is, and move with curiosity and joy.
RESET is designed for those seeking to break free from rigid movement patterns, explore improvisation, and embrace a deeper understanding of their physical potential. Whether you’re new to dance, returning after a break, or a professional dancer looking to expand your improvsation skills, RESET provides a space for imagnation, experience freedom, intensity, and flow in a supportive and inclusive environment.

How connected are you to your pelvic floor?
In this experiential movement-based pop-up we will bring awareness to the muscles of the pelvic floor and use this to create a shift in perspective, as we bring our knowledge into a flowing practice.
Our pelvic floor muscles can become too weak (hypotonic) or too tight (hypertonic), through a variety of reasons including stress, posture, childbirth, health issues, and as we get older – life! We will explore softening and releasing as well as engaging and toning the muscles of the pelvic floor in different postures through a gentle yoga flow noticing the connection between other parts of the body …
There’ll be a little philosophy, since the pelvic floor muscles have a special place in classic yoga, (mulha band, Vajroli and Sahajoli mudras) and explore how this can help or hinder us in our practice whether it is pranayama, meditation or inversions.

Whether it’s the jaw, shoulders or areas of the back, we often have a tendency to grip, and that can be in our daily lives and in our yoga postures. Learn how to let go!
Join Jayne this autumn for 2 workshops bringing in fascial release and somatic awareness movement threaded together with a flowing yoga practice to get into the deeper layers of the body
In the first workshop we’ll focus on the shoulders and spine starting with delicious slow, gliding, unwinding movements based on SATYA (Somatic Awareness Training for Yoga) to create freedom and fluid movement in the layers of connective tissues of the body (fascia). This can elicit change, releasing stagnancy on many levels, from unhelpful patterns of moving and holding pain or fatigue in the body, to getting stuck in your yoga practice. We’ll move into a stabilising yet soulful yoga flow building to some backbends and arm balances but with options / alternatives for all. We’ll finish with meditation and Savasana to bring it all together.
*Open to all, but not suitable for pregnant students.
*Please wear warm and comfortable clothes, ideally with no zips and fastenings that could dig in!

The second workshop will again bring in fascial release and somatic awareness movement threaded together with a flowing yoga practice to get into the deeper layers of the body. We’ll finish with guided meditation and Savasana to bring it all together.
After a slow, floor-based fascia-release sequence to remove tension and lubricate the joints and tissues of the body, we’ll build through a stabilising yet soulful hip-focused flow with options / alternatives for all.
Who is it for? Ideal for those who either experience tightness, discomfort in the area or perhaps find certain backbends or hip postures elusive and want a way in. And for anyone who wants to get into their body more and move their practice to another level…
*Open to all, but not suitable for pregnant students.
*Please wear warm and comfortable clothes, ideally with no zips and fastenings that could dig in!

Join Flo for this deeply empowering and heart-opening Full Moon Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath.
Under the powerful energy of the full moon, the event will begin with cleansing breathwork and movement to release any mental or physical tensions, as you prepare to engage in a cacao ceremony and sound bath immersion.
Harness the cleansing lunar energies and engage in a Full Moon purging ritual, to release and let go of what no longer serves you. This will facilitate the opening of the heart-space so we can connect to the inherent qualities of love, compassion, kindness and peace.
This is a time for releasing and letting go of any held grudges, to practice forgiveness for yourself and others, and to clear out any mental and emotional clutter. By raising the spirits, and increasing the vibrational frequencies, we invite lightness of being into our lives, to transcend blocks that hold us back from expressing our true nature.
We can then clear a space for greater health, harmony and healing, that will enhance our relationship with ourselves and others.
What to expect:
The other-worldly and ethereal notes of the crystal bowls, have a wonderful way of transcending tension, that will lighten and uplift your mood, the metal Himalayan singing bowls bring a grounding quality to keep us earthed and connected to the present moment.
This is a workshop that is suitable for all experiences. Tea is served at the end to gently ground and come back to presence.

Experience the meditative and healing wonders of sound with this special Gong bath celebrating the Autumn Equinox, a day of gratitude for abundance!
On the Autumn Equinox, day and night are equal, and in tonight’s celebration we will look to the Gongs to raise the group energy and invite balance into our lives.
All you need do is turn up and lie down, and be bathed in the sounds and vibrations of the gong, a sacred instrument that has been used for thousands of years for the purpose of healing.
There is a science behind this experience. The gong’s sounds and vibrations create an alpha brainwave state, where mental activity includes daydreaming and imagination. This is then followed by a theta brainwave state, where activity includes sleep, dreaming and deep meditation.
Theta brainwave frequencies are most often where the gongs will take you. Even though you still feel present, you have entered a dreamlike, deep meditative state. Theta is a good state of consciousness to be in for healing to occur.
Even though there is a science behind sound therapy, this special experience can also be explained by quoting Kabir’s Ecstatic Poems translated by Robert Bly:
‘…..near your breastbone there’s an open flower. Drink the honey that is all around that flower. Waves are coming in: there’s so much magnificence near the ocean! Listen: sound of big seashells! Sound of bells!’
Open to all. Tea served at the end.

Yoga and Qigong weave together beautifully. Both can be flowing forms, helping us to tap into and use our energy, and yet instil a deep inner calmness. Yoga can often seem linear (e.g. Sun Salutations) with an emphasis on extension and strong asana, while Qigong movements are often softer, circular and rhythmic, with a big emphasis on grounding.
Qigong practices are closely linked to five elements and in turn these relate to seasons as well as organ systems within our bodies, to bring us into harmonious balance with ourselves and our environment. The five elements of Qigong do not correspond exactly with the five elements of yoga, but together they help us find our natural balanced state.
These six short practices embrace the rich backgrounds and traditions of both and introduce you to the five elements of Qigong. Close the series with a meditation and breathing practice focused on the middle and the lower dantian (energy points).
The videos can be practised together, individually, whenever as you please.

The practice of Metta Bhavana meditation (universal loving kindness) is the systematic cultivation of our capacity for loving kindness. This method helps us to feel more positive, accepting, kind, and patient toward ourselves, in order that we can be more compassionate and loving toward others. With practice, Metta flowers into compassion and equanimity.
The practice of Metta Bhavana has 5 stages, in which Metta is cultivated towards: ourselves, a good friend, a ‘neutral’ person, someone we find difficult and finally all beings. Explore each stage in depth through the first 5 videos, and then put together the elements explored into a complete practice.
This series is suitable to beginners and those with a more established practice alike.

The Chakra Energy System is an organised system that operates in the Pranamaya Kosha, or energy body, through which prana, the vital life-force, flows. This is where the health of our energetic, emotional, mental, psychological and spiritual being is integrated, expressed and reflected. When we feel vitalised and vibrant, our emotions are balanced, and energy levels feel abundant. When we are feeling stressed out, pushed to the limit, this is reflected in poor energy and health. Each energy centre is a sphere of information, with qualities and characteristics relating to health and wellbeing. Through meditation and reflection, we can tune in and tap into the inherent wisdom within and connect to their positive attributes.
Meditation is a wonderful way of getting to know and tune into the vibrational energy of the chakras. In this series, you will find a meditation on each individual chakra, that will guide you through their specific qualities and traits. There is also a complete chakra meditation to practice.
