Why our training is special
This training is the culmination of decades of experience, bringing together a diverse team of teachers and approaches.
You’ll learn in a small, supportive group with personal attention, guided by Isabell Britsch and Shira Hess, two senior teachers with over 30 years of combined experience.
The course is intentionally non-dogmatic, exposing you to a wide range of methodologies – from asana and philosophy to breathwork, meditation, restorative practices, the use of sound and more.

This is a comprehensive, in-depth training held primarily in person over 10 months (September 2026 – May 2027), designed to fit alongside modern life while still offering a deeply immersive experience.
