Retreats

Our retreats are an invitation to step out of daily life and into a slower, more spacious rhythm. Whether you join us for a single day or a full weekend, each retreat is carefully designed to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with nature, community, and yourself.

Held in a beautiful countryside setting just outside London, Yogahome retreats offer the perfect balance of movement, rest, and connection.

Whether you’re craving rest, inspiration, connection, or simply time away from screens and schedules, our retreats offer a supportive space to soften, strengthen, and reconnect at your own pace.

We offer both one-day retreats and weekend immersions, allowing you to choose the level of retreat that best suits your schedule and needs. Day retreats are ideal for a deep reset without time away from home, while weekend retreats provide space for deeper rest, reflection, and integration.

ENERGY REMEMBERED: INTEGRATED KUNDALINI DAY RETREAT

with ASHLEY JONES

Sat, July 4, 2026

10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

£160

During this day retreat we remember Yoga as not only something we do with the body but as something that moves through us. Beneath posture, alignment and effort lives a subtle intelligence: prana, the living current of energy within. This immersion is an invitation to return to that felt sense. To remember yoga as a living, breathing dialogue between body, breath, mind, spirit; something far more spacious within.

Through the lens of Integrated Kundalini Yoga, we will explore how energy can be consciously awakened, circulated, and integrated in ways that support a deep sense of wellbeing and aliveness. While there will be moments of depth and intensity this day is not about forcing or striving but about remembering to listen, soften, and cooperate with the innate life force that lives inside each of us, a power that often goes unnoticed in the pace of everyday life.

The day weaves together activating and awakening practices. Dynamic kriya, breathwork, and rhythmic movement with yin, meditative, and integrative sequences that allow the nervous system to settle and the insights to land. This balanced approach creates space for vitality, depth, clarity and an embodied awareness of the living current that animates all.

Set in the quiet of the countryside, away from the demands of the city, this retreat offers a pause from doing and a return to being. A day to remember that the power we seek is not something to generate or achieve but something indwelling, available, responsive and quietly transformative.

Practices will include Kundalini kriyas, conscious breathwork, music and mantra, meditation, deep rest and sound journeys to support integration.

Suitable for all.

with SHIRA HESS

Fri-Sun, Aug 7-9, 2026

Arrival Fri 5:00pm - Departure Sun 2:00 p.m.

From £575

Shira’s retreat falls on the auspicious 8/8, known as the Lion’s Gate Portal, and sometimes also described as the cosmic new year. The days surrounding 8th August are said to carry peak energetic potency, offering a powerful moment for reset and renewal in the middle of summer.

We’ll harness this heightened frequency through long, strong practices, a fire ceremony, and a deeply restorative gong bath, all balanced with plenty of free time for cold plunges, sauna, and spacious integration.

This retreat is designed to feel like a nervous system reset—a clearing of stagnancy and a return to your calling, purpose, or intention, held within rhythm, ritual, and rest.

4Beat weekend retreat

with ZO RAHM

Fri-Sun, Sept 25-27, 2026

Arrival Fri 5:00pm - Departure Sun 2:00 p.m.

From £575

Three days 4Beat retreat in the Kent countryside to step out of noise and back into rhythm.

This retreat is built around simplicity: time, space, and consistent practice. The environment is quiet and grounding, designed to support nervous system regulation without overstimulation.

Across the retreat there will be three 4beat yoga practices. Each session is a place to listen, refine, and settle rather than push or perform. On Saturday afternoon there will be a slow yin and pranayama workshop to down regulate the yang!

Outside of practice, time is unstructured. Walk the land. Sauna. Eat. Rest.

Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve.

Just sync to the beat, and breathe.
