– Fascia release sequence 1 – morning energiser –
Crawl out of bed and onto the floor and begin to slide, pulse and rock your body out of its habitual way of holding itself. Plump up the fluids (blood/lymph) to hydrate the body and boost the immune system, and your mood!
Great to release fatigue from the body (at any time), as a warm-up, or an introduction to fascia release movement.
Plump up the volume – fascia releasing sequences
This series of short sessions of floor-based fascial release and somatic awareness movement will tease out knots and stickiness in the tissues of the body, release common patterns of tension from stiff necks to rotator cuff, hip, lower back and hamstring issues, reduce fatigue and helps prevent injury.
Each has a different focus, and can be a stand-alone session, a warm up before yoga, Pilates or other physical activity, or to unwind at the end of the day.
*Wear comfortable clothes without zips and fastenings at the back.
**Although seemingly gentle, the practice has profound effects so these sessions are NOT suitable for pregnant women.
