"You have delivered yoga to us over the last 6 weeks and we have seen a remarkable response from the children. In our KS2 class children are very active and find it very difficult to relax and be in the moment. Many of our children are very anxious and hyper vigilant. Each week we have seen progress from different children and this week we saw all pupils engage fully in the session and by the end of the lesson all were lay silently and calmly. This is a huge improvement and actually shows progress towards their IEP targets." -  Alix Bevington, Shoreditch Park Primary School
