Almon’s classes bring strength and flexibility to body and mind. Accessible to all levels, the focus is on breath-based yoga movement, safe alignment and mindfulness.
Almon was drawn to yoga whilst working as a busy professional amid the freneticism of London life. Her yoga practice has been a natural anchor through many of life’s inevitable ups and downs. In particular, she found yoga postures and visualisation to be a great help during pregnancy and the early days of being a mum to her son Rio, who is now a yoga enthusiast himself.
Almon teaches Inner Axis (Hatha), pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga.

post natal yoga : crawling to 3 years old
This postnatal yoga class supports mothers in getting back into shape while bonding with their little one. No previous experience of yoga necessary.
There is a crèche worker in the room to help out with the babies. Crawling babies and walking toddlers up to 3 years old are welcome.
post natal yoga : newborn to crawling
This postnatal yoga class supports new mothers in recovering and getting back into shape while bonding with their baby.No previous experience of yoga necessary.
There is a crèche worker in the room to help take care of your baby. Babies are welcome up until they are crawling.
The class comprises of a 60mins postnatal yoga, followed by informal tea and snacks in our leafy courtyard area.
Yogahome is all on one level so if your baby is asleep you can bring your buggie all the way in.
