Her aim is to help students build their body awareness, through intelligent alignment that considers different body structures and not one size fits all. She facilitates a safe space where you can try new things and be playful.
Ana is original from Portugal and came to London to study and pursue dance professionally. She met yoga while recovering from an injury and never looked back. She trained in ashtanga, rocket, mandala and yin yoga and learned mostly from teachers Jamie Clarke, Dulce Aguilar, Marcus Veda and Stewart Gilchrist.

All levels - everyone welcome, differing abilities are catered for. Complete beginners should be aware that a minimum level of fitness is recommended as these classes may be faster paced or more physically challenging.
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to dynamic (Yang) yoga styles and an extremely subtle and profound practice on its own. It is recommended to all wishing to actively and deeply stretch their body, and therefore not recommended to those with hypermobility, hyperflexibility, spinal disc issues or unstable joints.
Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment to dynamic (Yang) yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Jivamukti yoga, and an extremely subtle and profound practice on its own. It is recommended to all wishing to slow down and deeply stretch and open up their body.
