Jenny Fearnley

Jenny teaches with care and attention; observing, offering advice and assisting where necessary. She encourages students to become more independent and so promotes their individual practice - honouring and accepting the physical body as it is presented moment to moment.

Jenny is drawn to the practice of yoga because of its ability to transform physically, mentally and spiritually. She believes that with life-long practice yoga is able to facilitate unification with higher levels of consciousness and wellness.

Jenny is grateful to have discovered Ashtanga yoga from a young age and experience benefits that have helped her to mould life in a positive way. She feels blessed to have learned from many great teachers around the world, including Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. Jenny devotedly continues learning and teaching this wonderful and spiritual practice.
