A movement class which is playful, stimulating yet accessible! The practice is based on contemporary dance but also relates to Capoeira and mindful bodywork.
The class will focus on agility, strength and flow in the body and develop skills to move effortlessly through minimum effort, for maximum impact. Sequences will be taught step by step with steady development and in constant movement. So you will be moving in a constant flow building up the group energy, a clear sense of group dynamic, and the thrill of moving together.
An excellent way to increase body awareness, movement skills, and physical confidence.
