Catrin Osborne

Catrin teaches dynamic yoga as well as slower, yin and restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Her classes always pay attention to alignment and offer a deep, guided relaxation at the end.

Catrin trained with Yoga Haven on their 200-hour Yoga Alliance programme which she loved for its non-dogmatic approach and careful attention to both the physical and the philosophical practice of yoga. She trained with Roger Cole in Restorative Yoga and completed her Yoga Nidra teacher training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli. She also trained in Yoga Adjustments with Nova Milesko and in Yin yoga with Norman Blair at Yogacampus. She remains constantly inspired by a wide range of teachers.

Catrin used to be an aerialist and as well as her yoga teaching runs a theatre circus company called Osborne & What. She teaches yoga for actors at Fourth Monkey and RADA, and has set up www.stokeyyoga.co.uk.

Sally-Anne Reynolds

Sally-Anne has developed a love of yoga since childhood, and experimented with Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar and Bikram, before establishing her practice in Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow. She trained in India and Sri Lanka with Quantum Yoga Founder, Lara Baumann, and Judith Daniels, and studied Veda Yoga in India with Ayurvedic doctor and teacher, Ajay Sharma.

She teaches dynamic, flowing classes, practised to an uplifting beat, and a more gentle and restorative style of yoga, helping people of all levels to find space and peace within. Whether dynamic or restorative, Sally-Anne's classes help students find their centre, by encouraging a deep connection within. Students of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes can expect to have fun, improve flexibility, strengthen and tone, while also becoming more conscious, mindfully connecting with their inner self. Sally-Anne believes in yoga as a total way of life, dedicated to a healthy, balanced lifestyle, plus kindness and compassion for oneself and others.

Nadine Jandali

Nadine's teaching is intuitive and her classes are flowing and open, in response to everybody's energies and needs. She offers guidance and a well-thought out practice but also allows space for students to move freely; she aims to create an environment in which students feel welcome, safe to explore, breathe, laugh, move, let go and get to know their own bodies.

Nadine is passionate about alignment and anatomy and believes in 'less is more' when it comes to asanas. You will never be rushed through a sequence, but instead be safely guided through the subtleties of movement and gradually build up strong layers with a firm foundation in understanding how the body works. She pairs up strong, slow, (often sweaty!) flows with moments of rest or playfulness, all with the view of honouring and maintaining harmony.

Flo Lam-Clark

Flo’s classes are fun, explorative and nourishing with attention to detail in alignment, breath and awareness of felt sensations in the body. She creates sequences that will help you to build strength, stamina and flexibility with some challenge and encourages you to develop your practice according to your pace. Her aim is that you will leave feeling nicely balanced & uplifted, yet relaxed and calm.
 
Flo draws inspiration from yogic texts, and her teachers Jason Crandell, Doug Keller, Judith Hanson Lassater and Thich Nat Hanh. She recently completed an advanced 500 hour Vinyassa Flow teacher training with Jason Crandell & Mindfulness teacher training with Breathworks.
An energetic, heat-building vinyasa flow practice followed by longer-held stretches and restorative poses, and ending with a deep, long, guided relaxation.

A well balanced two-fold class, with the benefits of dynamic yoga and the benefits of a full restorative practice all packed in a single session! A real treat for everyone.
