Tia Castagno

Tia is a warm, bubbly and playful Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow teacher, with a very open attitude. Expect dynamic and vigorous classes with creative sequencing, on the backdrop of eclectic music.

Initially qualified with ISHTA, Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda, studying with Alan Finger and his students. She completed her 500hr teacher training in Vinyasa Flow with London based teacher Alessandra Pecorella, a yogini of 27 years and direct student of Patthabi Jois and Shiva Rea.


Tia is also Jivamukti certified. Drawn to Jivamukti not only for the love of its Asana practice, but with the aim of integrating spiritual teachings and sound more deeply into her classes. 

Lila Whiting

Lila brings a playful spirit to her Jivamukti and Vinyasa Flow classes, encouraging students to find freedom and enjoyment throughout the practice even amidst the more challenging moments. Her classes focus on breath, enabling people to experience the healing effects of yoga. Expect hands-on assists to help you gain awareness of optimum alignment, increased stability and greater release.

As a dedicated practitioner of yoga for over a decade, Lila draws from a number of methods to inform her own style. She has completed a 300-hour Jivamukti yoga teacher training, the Forrest yoga teacher training, and is also a qualified Bodyworker.

Aleksei Zukov

Aleksei is a Jivamukti yoga teacher with a background in martial arts and acrobatics, and so his vinyasa flow classes offer a strong, sustained practice with some interesting poses thrown in. Expect motivating instructions and hands-on adjustments, as well as pranayama and chanting.
 

Aleksei believes that yoga is not only a physical practice but a spiritual one where the practitioner dives deep in the study of the Self and learns to attain a higher level of consciousness.
 
Jivamukti yoga integrates the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga.

Classes include strong flowing sequences of yoga postures taught to music, with breathing exercises and chanting.

All levels - everyone welcome, differing abilities are catered for. Complete beginners should be aware that a minimum level of fitness is recommended as these classes may be faster paced or more physically challenging.
