Alessandra is a Pilates teacher with a clear and dynamic teaching style. Her studies of anatomy as well as creative and intuitive approach, give her an understanding of how to ease bodies of all shapes and sizes into feeling energised, relaxed and finding greater freedom of movement.
Alessandra is a qualified Pilates Foundation teacher, and also holds a British Wheel of Yoga accreditation.
Roula is passionate about the Pilates method and how its effectiveness lasts beyond class, in every day life and activities. She teaches functional and accessible Pilates, encouraging mind-body connection and awareness to promote a better alignment for ease of movement in and out of class.
She qualified in level 3 Matwork with Body Control Pilates and is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA).
Ivona's Pilates classes have a relaxed and steady pace, where you feel supported in addressing any postural issues and discomforts.
As a musician, Ivona developed a bad posture and repetitive strain injury. After 5 years of practising Pilates to strengthen and rebalance her body, she trained as a teacher. She is passionate about helping people to improve their quality of life by improving their posture and getting rid of any pain.
Initially interested in physiotherapy, Anja found a love for Pilates during her Contemporary dance career. She completed the Pilates Foundation matwork teacher training at London Contemporary Dance School in 2008, and the Studio Equipment Bridging course at Trinity Laban in 2010.
Anja qualified as a Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates teacher in 2009 and also offers teacher training courses in this area. Since Summer 2017 Anja is certified to teach the Centre Method for Diastasis Recovery by Carolyne Anthony, The Centre for Women's Fitness, and also attended her courses 'Support your Floor' and 'Pilates for Menopause Programme'.
All levels - Open to all, no experience necessary.
