Rosana Fiore

A long-term Iyengar yoga practitioner, Rosana likes to cater for all needs and chose the Iyengar method to teach yoga because she finds it to be truly for everyone: combining alignment, precision, safety and consciousness to bond mind and body.

 
Rosana finds great pleasure in helping others and passing a conscious message across, often with wit and humour. She finds teaching yoga as rewarding and beneficial as practicing, and brings her curiosity and passion for exploring to the mat.
 
 

Liz Rigby


Iyengar yoga teacher Liz creates a calm environment in her classes for her students to focus and develop their practice at a steady pace. She is clear, precise, and aims to build students' knowledge and confidence to practice at home.

Liz has been studying Iyengar yoga for over 25 years and teaching Iyengar yoga since 2005. She holds a junior three intermediate teaching certificate.

Liz feels the Iyengar system offers a healthy balance between dynamic and restorative poses, with a focus on working without injury.

Louise Radinger

Louise teaches Iyengar yoga with focus and humour, and enjoys helping students to progress.


Louise has been practicing Iyengar Yoga for nearly 20 years, teaching since 2010, and holds a Junior Intermediate Level 2 certificate. She trained under the guidance of senior teacher Alaric Newcombe and continues to study with him. She regularly attends workshops to continue developing her pactice and travelled to Pune in 2015 to study with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Institute.


Louise believes in the enormous, creative benefits that spring from yoga practice, both physical and emotional, at home on your mat or in a class with others, and the rewards of weaving yoga into your life.

Aubrey Maasdorp

Aubrey was introduced to Iyengar yoga in 1989 in South Africa. He is a Junior Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar yoga teacher who has been practising yoga for more than 25 years and teaching for over 10 years. 
 
He has been to the Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute, Pune on a number of occasions to study with the Iyengar family and studies regularly with senior teachers in the UK and visiting international teachers to maintain his professional development.

Focuses on precision and alignment of the body in the postures. The quiet pace of the class allows you to explore each posture in depth, using the equipment in the studio such as the blocks and belts in order to develop excellent body awareness and release deeply held tension.

All levels - open to all, no experience necessary.
