Beginners classes

Our Level 1 classes are a great way to build up a practice from solid foundations, focusing on key skills and principles. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine.

• Iyengar yoga: Mondays 6:30-7:45pm, and Sundays 5-6:30pm
• Ashtanga yoga: Sundays 1:15-2:15pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga: Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Wednesdays 1-2pm
• Pilates: Wednesdays 8-9pm
