Slow-flow vijnana yoga

Tue 6.30-7.45pm: £11 drop in.
If you are looking for a slower paced flowing yoga class with attention to detail and alignment then this is the one for you. Build core strength and stamina with longer holds, working with focus and intensity.

Lunchtime vinyasa flow yoga

Take a break from your work with this fun flowing vinyasa class. Releasing and strengthening; refresh your concentration levels by stretching your body and relaxing your mind.
