As a BIG thank you to all of our regular customers who have supported us over the years we are offering everyone the chance to feel the benefit of unlimited drop in classes this December for only £30!
Yogahome is open for classes up to Sunday 21 December, so you can have three weeks of yoga for only £10 per week!
New early morning class schedule

All drop in: £11.00 per class.

New Sunday slow flow yoga class
with Catrin Osborne
Sun 11.45-1pm: £11 drop in
A gentle flowing practice, perfect for beginners, or for anyone who feels like a more relaxed practice.
The slower pace of the class allows for a focus on precision and alignment in the postures, and the longer stays in the poses create a space for the body to unwind.
Yoga for better sleep

Fri 6.00 - 8.30pm: 7 Nov - 14 Nov
A two session course on Friday evenings, a perfect time to wind down at the end of the week. The classes can be taken individually or sign up for both.
Suitable for anyone who suffers from some kind of sleep problem, and according to the recent Great British Sleep Survey, that's more than half of the population of this country!
Sleep issues can result from many sources, like stress, depression, illness, work worries, caring for a new baby, pregnancy, menopause..... Whatever the cause, reduced sleep is in itself highly stressful and can impair our daily functioning.
Suitable for complete beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Classes will include a little theory, but mostly it will be about the practice.
Cost: £40 for course: £24 for one session.
Pilates beginners course

Wed 8-9pm: 19 Nov - 17 Dec
Pilates is a technique for strengthening and toning the core postural muscles, especially in the abdominal area. Using small focused movements, core awareness is increased improving strength, flexibility and posture. The beginners course is structured to introduce you to the principles of pilates in a progressive way.
Cost £45 for a five week course, one session per week.
Iyengar yoga beginners course

Mon 6.30-7.45pm: 17 Nov - 15 Dec
Focuses on precision and alignment of the body in the postures. The quiet pace of the class allows you to explore each posture in depth, to develop excellent body awareness and release deeply held tension.
The foundation course is structured so that postures will be introduced and demonstrated in a progressive way providing an excellent introduction to yoga practice.
Beginners - Open to all, no experience necessary.
Cost £50 for a five week course, one session per week.
