During the duration of this offer you can take as many drop in classes as you want and experience the transformation that yoga and pilates can bring. Get to know our teachers and different class styles. Whether you want to get fit, increase flexibility or simply allow your body and your mind to relax. We offer a wide variety of classes that are suitable for all types of experience – have a look at our Classes pages to see what appeals to you.
This offer is available for people who are new to our studio and begins the day you purchase it. For the price of three drop-ins, this is our best deal for newcomers!
We have our ever popular beginners/level 1 classes in Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow yoga, and pilates.
Level 1 classes are a great way to build up your practice from solid foundations, or to re-visit these foundations whenever you feel the need. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine.
• Iyengar yoga beginners class: Mondays 6.30-7.45pm
• Pilates beginners class: Wednesdays 8-9pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga beginners class: Mondays and Tuesdays 6.30-7.45pm, and Fridays 1-2pm

Mondays 4:30-6:00pm - Vinyasa Flow : all levels

A dynamic practice taught to music, flowing through a carefully designed yet constantly varying sequence of postures.
Tuesdays 1:30-2:30pm - Pilates : all levels
with Gitta De Ridder
Small focused movements for strengthening and toning the core postural muscles, especially in the abdominal area.
Thursdays 2:00-3:00pm - Post Natal Yoga
with Kirsty Gallacher
Supports new mothers in recovering and getting back into shape while bonding with their baby. No worries if baby is restless: crèche is included!
Thursdays 4:30-6pm - Yin & Yang Yoga : all levels

A dynamic vinyasa flow practice ending with a deep, long, guided relaxation.
Fridays 1:00-2:00pm - Vinyasa Flow : level 1
