Take as many drop in classes as you want over a month and experience the transformation that yoga and Pilates can bring. Our popular Level 1 classes in Iyengar yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, and Pilates are a great way to build up your practice from solid foundations, or to re-visit these foundations whenever you feel the need. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine. Our Level 1 classes are designed for beginners and are:
• Iyengar yoga: Mondays 6:30-7:45pm
• Pilates: Wednesdays 8-9pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga: Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 1-2pm, Sundays 1:15-2:30pm
