Take as many drop in classes as you want over a month and experience the transformation that yoga and Pilates can bring. Whether you want to get fit, increase flexibility or simply allow your body and your mind to relax, we offer a wide variety of classes suitable for all types of experience – have a look at our Classes pages to see what appeals to you.

Our popular Level 1 classes in Iyengar yoga, Vinyasa Flow yoga, and Pilates are a great way to build up your practice from solid foundations, or to re-visit these foundations whenever you feel the need. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine. Our Level 1 classes are designed for beginners and are:
• Iyengar yoga: Mondays 6:30-7:45pm, and Sundays 5-6:30pm
• Ashtanga yoga: Sundays 1:15-2:15pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga: Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Wednesdays 1-2pm
• Pilates: Wednesdays 8-9pm

Yogahome will be closed from Saturday 24th December through to Sunday 1st of January included. We will re-open our doors on Monday 2nd of January, with all our classes running as normal that day starting from 8.30am Pilates. Check our online Schedule for latest details and booking.
