During the duration of this offer you can take as many drop in classes as you want and experience the transformation that yoga and pilates can bring. Get to know our teachers and different class styles. Whether you want to get fit, increase flexibility or simply allow your body and your mind to relax. We offer a wide variety of classes that are suitable for all types of experience – have a look at our Classes pages to see what appeals to you.
This offer is available for people who are new to our studio and begins the day you purchase it. For the price of three drop-ins, this is our best deal for newcomers!
We have our ever popular Level 1 (beginners) classes in Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow yoga, and Pilates.
Level 1 classes are a great way to build up your practice from solid foundations, or to re-visit these foundations whenever you feel the need. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine.
• Iyengar yoga: Mondays 6.30-7.45pm
• Pilates: Wednesdays 8-9pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga: Mondays and Tuesdays 6.30-7.45pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 1-2pm
From 20 September, you can now do:
1:15 - 2:30pm Vinyasa Flow (level 1) with Catrin
3:00 - 4:30pm Iyengar Yoga (all levels) with Jo
4:45 - 6:15pm Vinyasa Flow (all levels) with Eryck
6:30 - 7:45pm Yoga Nidra (all levels) with Catrin
