Take as many drop in classes as you want over a month and experience the transformation that yoga and Pilates can bring. Our popular Level 1 classes in various styles of yoga and in Pilates are a great way to build your practice from solid foundations or to focus on key skills and principles whenever you feel the need. We recommend attending classes weekly to instill a rhythm and establish a routine. Our Level 1 classes are designed for beginners and are:
• Iyengar yoga (static and detailed): Mondays 6:30-7:45pm, and Sundays 5-6:30pm
• Ashtanga yoga (dynamic): Sundays 1:15-2:15pm
• Vinyasa Flow yoga (dynamic): Mondays and Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm, Wednesdays 1-2pm
• Pilates: Wednesdays 8-9pm
