Opened in 1998, yogahome is a friendly, relaxed centre where people can come and try something new or develop their practice further.

Set up and run by Maria Gandy and Billie Chan. We are easily reached from Stoke Newington, Hackney, Dalston and Islington.

During the duration of this offer you can take as many drop in classes as you want and experience the transformation that yoga and pilates can bring. Beginners courses

We have our ever popular beginners courses in Iyengar yoga and pilates.
Courses are a great way to build up your practice with a sense of continuity, and they also instill the rhythm of attending a weekly class.

iyengar yoga classIyengar yoga focuses on precision and alignment of the body in the postures. The quiet pace of the class allows you to explore each posture in depth, to develop excellent body awareness and release deeply held tension. This is a great style of yoga to start with if you have never tried yoga before, even if you go on to explore different style subsequently.

The foundation course is structured so that postures will be introduced and demonstrated in a progressive way providing an excellent introduction to yoga practice.

· woman in yoga pose Pilates is a technique for strengthening and toning the core postural muscles, especially in the abdominal area. Using small focused movements, core awareness is increased improving strength, flexibility and posture.
Both yoga and pilates compliment each other and a whole range of other sports.
These courses run every five to six weeks, the times are as follows:

As well as our fantastic membership deal we also have our other ways to pay.

Our 10 x class pass will be £95 (£9.50 per class)
Our 5 x class pass will be £55 (£11 per class)
Drop In single class rate will be £13 per class.

Our class passes are now both valid for 6 months and are the best option if you are only able to attend once or twice a month.This is considerably cheaper than paying for the single class Drop In price of £13.
